Building a Culture of Belonging That Unlocks Student Potential featuring Curtis Ray Hill

Location
Main Gym
Room 1000

The Culture of Belonging® strategy presented in this keynote empowers college students to move beyond surface-level judgments and build the kind of deep, authentic connections that actually shape academic success, career readiness, and personal identity. This isn't a feel-good session about being nice to people — it's a practical framework that shows students how belonging directly impacts their performance, their network, and their future. This session is open to and applicable to all Butler University students, faculty, and staff. No RSVP required.

This event follows University guidelines and approval processes, but the views shared are those of the organizers and participants—not necessarily those of Butler University.
