We live in a diverse world where people bring unique perspectives, ideas, and beliefs. By acknowledging our biases, we can more easily embrace differences and create environments that invite diverse perspectives, build inclusivity, and encourage collaboration. During this challenge from April 7-14, 2025, you will engage with 5-10 minutes of daily learning content to help you learn the biases you hold, practical steps to unlearn your biases, how to disrupt others’ biases, and steps to create inclusive spaces.
