Let’s Sip & Schedule Your Semester

Let’s Sip & Schedule Your Semester is a block-party style event designed to support first- and second-year students as they prepare for spring registration. This event is an evolution of last spring’s Registration Roundtables, with a new format aimed at creating a more dynamic, student-friendly experience.

Inspired by past Butler Major Fairs, the event will feature a relaxed, social atmosphere centered around a “dirty soda bar” offering signature college-themed drinks and customizable options. Students will have the opportunity to engage with SGA representatives, college ambassadors, academic advisors, and key campus resources in an informal setting.

This is a pre-advising preparation event—not a registration or schedule-building session— focused on helping students feel more informed, confident, and supported heading into their advising appointments. In addition to advising support, students will connect with academic resource offices such as the Student Success Center, CaPS, IT, the Library, and more to build awareness of services available throughout their academic journey.
