Session Overview

Ready to simplify your workflow and support students more effectively? This 45-minute "Essentials" session is designed to get you up and running with Navigate360, the university’s central hub for student success.

Instead of juggling multiple spreadsheets and systems, you'll learn how to use Navigate360 to get a holistic view of your students, manage your schedule, and close the loop on student support. This workshop focuses on the core "Day 1" skills every staff member needs to feel confident in the platform.

What You’ll Learn

We will focus on the four pillars of the Navigate360 staff experience:

  • The Smart Student Profile: Learn how to conduct a "30-second gut check." We’ll show you where to find academic history, active alerts, and the "Success Indicators" that help you prioritize who needs your help first.
  • Calendar & Appointment Sync: Stop the back-and-forth emails. You’ll learn how to: Sync your Outlook/Google calendar to prevent double-booking. Set up "Availability" blocks so students can book time with you directly.
  • The Coordinated Care Network: Discover how to "close the loop." We will cover: Issuing Alerts: How to notify the right office when a student is struggling. Appointment Summaries: How to quickly document a meeting so your colleagues (and your future self) have the context they need.
  • Advanced Search Basics: Learn how to find exactly who you’re looking for using filters like GPA, major, or "at-risk" tags, and how to save these searches to save time later.
