Join Butler Chemistry Professors Dr. Mike Samide and Dr. Anne Wilson for The Science of Cheese!
This special presentation and tasting experience is part of a series of events exploring the process and science of making chocolate, beer, wine, and cheese. Whether you’re a scientist or a cheese-lover, we hope you’ll make plans to join fellow Butler alumni and friends for a fun and interactive evening.

Participants will learn about the ingredients and process of making cheese, while enjoying hands-on activities and an interactive tasting and discussion lead by Butler chemistry faculty and Tulip Tree’s Cheese Maker, Fons Smits. The cost to attend is $20 per person.
