Join us for an insightful conversation with Elizabeth Gore, Chair of the Martindale-Brightwood Environmental Justice Collaborative. This session will explore how Martindale-Brightwood, a historically industrial neighborhood, endured decades of pollution, disinvestment, and housing challenges that disproportionately impacted residents. Learn how community members organized to demand justice, address lead contamination, equity, and lead the fight for a healthier, more equitable future. BCR eligible.
