DEI Learning Day: Cultivating a Culture of Conversation: Faculty and Staff Luncheon

The 2nd Annual DEI Learning Day will provide practical, high-impact opportunities designed to equip the Butler community with essential communication skills to navigate challenging conversations effectively. Because conflict can be overwhelming, these sessions will normalize the difficulty of these interactions while offering a safe and brave space to build skills.

Faculty and staff will learn and practice the CPR Protocol—Clarify, Probe, Redirect. This experience fosters a culture of constructive dialogue and cultivates a deeper appreciation from multiple perspectives within organizations. You’ll also discover ways to support students as they develop the same strategies. Lunch is provided, and RSVP is required. Space is limited. Can’t attend?
