DEI Learning Day: Cultivating a Culture of Conversation: Student Workshop

Step into the skills that make great leaders! The 2nd Annual DEI Learning Day will provide practical, high-impact opportunities designed to equip the Butler community with essential communication skills to navigate challenging conversations effectively. Because conflict can be overwhelming, these sessions will normalize the difficulty of these interactions while offering a safe and brave space to build skills. 

During this interactive session, students will learn and practice the CPR Protocol—Clarify, Probe, Redirect. You’ll leave ready to make a positive impact on campus culture. Open to all students. RSVP is required; in-person attendance only. BCR credit available. Students can also continue their learning with a 21-day follow-up series led by our facilitator.
