LGBTQIA+ Intersectionality Dialogue: Journey Toward Allyship

The Division of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion has created this syllabus to expose our campus to the various experiences of people in the LGBTQIA+ community, especially when their sexual orientation intersects with other marginalized identities. To truly stand with the members of the LGBTQIA+ community, we have to be effective allies. the syllabus materials will discuss allyship, in general,  and provide practical ways to support LGBTQIA+ students on our campus. After reviewing the materials, we will have a dialogue regarding what we learned and how to better support the experiences of those discussed.
