Digging into Dialogue: Skill Building Sessions

Though we live in a diverse world, it can be hard to meaningfully engage with those whose viewpoints or identities differ from our own. This can result in discomfort and a lack of productive dialogue. The Division of DEI will host micro-sessions for you to learn practical strategies for engaging in meaningful and potentially challenging dialogues, especially with those different from you. These tools will help you feel more prepared to exchange ideas and constructively challenge yourself and others. Session topics are Debate vs. Dialogue and Comfort vs. Safety. RSVP is required.
